–Officials say one building was destroyed during a fire at the Daybreak Foods facility located east of Graettinger in rural Palo Alto County Tuesday evening.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says firefighters from nine area departments responded after the fire was reported around 7:30 PM Tuesday. Firefighters remained on the scene until 1 AM Wednesday, as officials say there have been no injuries reported in connection to the blaze.
Company officials say the fire was contained to a single building, which has been destroyed. An investigation is underway to try and determine the cause of the blaze.
