–One of the stars of Silent Night in Algona will be back in the area this weekend to reconnect with area residents. Curran Jacobs played the role of Rudy Tietz in Silent Night, and the Michigan native is coming back to Iowa to reconnect with area residents and those that were involved in creating the film. Local film spokesperson Donna Kitzinger tells KLGA News they are hosting a special event this Sunday.
Jacobs will also take some time during his visit to speak with area high school students.
The public is invited to attend the meet and greet Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Ranger’s Station on the Wildhaven Campus. If you’re still looking to see Silent Night in Algona, it is available for rent or purchase on all of the major streaming services.
