–A Swea City man is facing a felony charge following the report of a domestic disturbance Sunday night.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies received a call requesting assistance at a residence in Swea City around 9:15 PM Sunday. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation and eventually arrested 31-year-old Michael Limon.
Limon is facing a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault of a Pregnant Person with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, a Class D Felony. He was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Online court records show Limon is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on May 2nd in Kossuth County District Court. Court records also show a no contact order has been issued to prevent Limon from having any contact with the alleged victim in the case.
