–A rural Buffalo Center man is facing multiple charges, including a felony, after being taken into custody late last week.
According to the Bancroft Police Department, 26-year-old Logan Johnson was taken into custody on Friday, following a weeklong investigation into an alleged incident that occurred on July 26th.
Johnson is being charged with Stalking while Possessing a Dangerous Weapon, a Class C Felony, Domestic Abuse Assault while Displaying a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault while Displaying a Dangerous Weapon, both Aggravated Misdemeanors. He was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Online court records show a No Contact Order has been issued to prevent Johnson from having any contact with the alleged victim in this case.
