–A Palo Alto County man is facing a charge of Attempted Murder following a weekend incident in Ayrshire.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies were called to 1209 Lincoln Street in Ayrshire around 9 PM Saturday on the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation and arrested 69-year-old Patrick Joseph Lynch of Ayrshire.
Lynch is being charged with Attempted Murder, a Class B Felony as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana (1st Offense), a Serious Misdemeanor.
Lynch was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
