–A Wesley man is facing domestic abuse charges following an alleged incident late Wednesday evening.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies received a request for assistance from Wesley just before 9:15 PM Wednesday. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation before arresting 35-year-old Craig Lee Vanden Hull.
Vanden Hull has been charged with Domestic Abuse Assault-1st offense, a simple misdemeanor. He was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Online court records show he is scheduled to have a non-jury trial on December 20th. Court records also show a no contact order has been issued to prevent Vanden Hull from having any contact with the alleged victim in the case.
