–An Algona man is facing a felony count in Palo Alto County after being taken into custody earlier this week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 42-year-old Agustin Falcon Ramirez Wednesday around 8:30 PM and charged him with Stalking while a No Contact Order is in Place, a Class C Felony.
According to online court records, a No Contact Order was issued on October 23rd after a criminal complaint was filed. An arrest warrant was also issued for Falcon Ramirez at that time.
Court records also show that Falcon Ramirez was initially arrested back in June on assault charges, with a no contact order being issued at that time. With the latest arrest, he has been cited for violating that no contact order 3 times since July.
Falcon Ramirez was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance. He is scheduled to have a preliminary court hearing on Friday, November 22nd in Palo Alto County District Court.
