–Officials with the Kossuth County Fair recently announced that all of the carnival rides will be completely free to the public following a successful fundraising effort over the last few months. Morgan Wagner is a member of the county’s Fair Board, and she tells KLGA News that they weren’t quite sure what kind of response they would get from the public when they launched this effort back in April.
Get R’ Fried Midway is the new company in charge of the carnival rides at this year’s Kossuth County Fair. Wagner says the name may seem strange for a carnival provider, but it comes from their start as a concessionaire.
Wagner says they hope area residents will find time to enjoy the free carnival fun.
