–Special Education students in grades 8-12 who attend Algona or Bishop Garrigan schools are invited to attend a resource fair Monday night at Algona High School. Sara Koenecke is a Special Education Consultant for Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency, assisting students in Algona. She tells KLGA News what the resource fair will feature.
Koenecke says they really want to provide these students with information about assistance they can get while in High School and afterwards.
Koenecke says this is the first time they have hosted an event of this nature.
The Special Education Resource Fair will be held Monday, March 28th from 4-7 PM in the Algona High School Library. It is a come and go event for any Special Education student in grades 8-12 at Algona or Bishop Garrigan Schools.
