–The first Party in the Park event of the summer is scheduled for Wednesday night in downtown Algona. Algona Chamber of Commerce Director Vicki Mallory tells KLGA News they are hoping for a good crowd on the Carnegie Library lawn.
Mallory says it should be the perfect chance to enjoy a variety of entertainment in downtown Algona.
Mallory says if you can’t make it out Wednesday night, they have two more Party in the Park events scheduled for later this summer.
Party in the Park will run from 5:30-7:30 PM Wednesday on the Carnegie Library Lawn, at the corners of Dodge and Nebraska Street in downtown Algona. If you have any questions about the events, contact the chamber of commerce by calling 515-295-7201.
