–The Northwest Iowa Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is looking for some Kossuth County residents to take on the role of pen pal with 3rd graders at Lucia Wallace Elementary in Algona. Kossuth County RSVP Coordinator Deb Jordan tells KLGA News they have pen pal programs at each school district in the county.
Over the news few weeks, Jordan says they hope to lineup enough pen pals so that each student has their own.
Jordan says signing up is a simple as a phone call.
