–An Estherville man is facing burglary charges after law enforcement officials responded to a reported disturbance in Graettinger Thursday evening.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to 306 N. Van Gordon Avenue in Graettinger around 5:20 PM Thursday. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and arrested 35-year-old James Brandon Clark on a charge of 2nd Degree Burglary, a Class C Felony.
Clark also had an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of Assault, a Simple Misdemeanor, and was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office and the Estherville Police Department.
