–A Woden man is facing additional charges in Kossuth County after allegedly violating a no contact order this week.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 44-year-old Beau Tremaine Berge just after 1 PM Tuesday in Lone Rock. A criminal complaint filed in Kossuth County District Court alleges Berge visited the victim’s home in Lone Rock and was present when the individual returned home, violating a protective order.
Berge was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Berge recently reached plea agreements in 2 separate cases that date back to November of 2023 and June of 2024 where he had been charged with Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Domestic Abuse Assault while Displaying a Weapon. Court records indicate he will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to reduced charges.
