–A Michigan man was arrested on a pair of assault charges following an alleged incident in rural Palo Alto County Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the Daybreak Foods facility at 4678 280th Street, 5 miles east of Graettinger, just after 2 PM Tuesday following the report of an assault in progress.
Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation before arresting 25-year-old De’Andre Arnell Kilgore of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kilgore is facing charges of Assault 1st Offense and Domestic Abuse/Assault 1st offense, both Simple Misdemeanors.
He was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance. Court records show he is scheduled for a non-Jury trial on May 15th in Palo Alto County District Court. A no contact order has also been issued to prevent Kilgore from having any contact with the alleged victims in the case.
