–The first “Party in the Park” celebration will be held tonight in downtown Algona, on the Carnegie Library Lawn. Algona Chamber of Commerce Director Vicki Mallory tells KLGA News they are excited for this first celebration to take place, with tonight’s theme being “A Wheely Good Time.”
Mallory says they will still have all the lawn games out for the kids, and plenty of food to take care of your dinner plans for the evening.
Mallory says they already have things lined up for the next “Party in the Park” events on July 10th and August 7th.
“Party in the Park” runs from 5:30-7:30 PM on the Carnegie Library Lawn, at the corners of Dodge and Nebraska Street in downtown Algona.
