–The Community Health Department at Kossuth Regional Health Center is looking to get area residents and businesses to participate in an event to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month. Cede Becker is a Registered Nurse in the Community Health Department, and she spoke with KLGA News about the Chalk the Town event that they will be participating in on May 1st.
Becker says Chalk the Town events are being held across the state.
If you would like to participate, all you need is some sidewalk chalk and a bit of creativity.
