–The 34th annual “Tacos for Tots” fundraising event to benefit the Kossuth County CARE Team just a little more than a week away. CARE Team Director Ally Klee tells KLGA News this year’s event is set to go on Monday, November 27th.
The menu consists of beef soft shell tacos and a dessert, all for a free will donation. Klee says that Tacos for Tots gives the CARE Team a tremendous boost every year.
Klee says they are seeing more and more families in need across the county.
The Tacos for Tots fundraising meal will be held from 4:30-6:30 PM on Monday November 27th at the United Methodist Church and is held prior to the Live Greeting Card Windows event in downtown Algona. Tickets are not needed, as a free will offering will be accepted.
