–Algona’s first “Party in the Park” event of the summer is coming up next week, and officials say they still have room for more participants. Amy Whitacre with the Algona Area Chamber of Commerce says each Party in the Park has something for all ages.
This month’s event will feature the theme “Trunks of Fun”.
Whitacre says if your business would like to set up a trunk during the event, there is plenty of room available.
Party in the Park will run from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, June 10th on the Carnegie Library Lawn, at the corner of Dodge and Nebraska streets in downtown Algona. If you would like to participate or have any questions, you can contact the Algona Area Chamber of Commerce by calling 515-295-7201.
