–A Swea City man was taken into custody following a dispute with his neighbors earlier this week.

According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies were called to Swea City around 7:15 PM Tuesday after a resident reported an incident with a neighbor. Following a brief investigation, Deputies arrested 33-year-old Keith James Wolff on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.

A criminal complaint filed in Kossuth County District indicates a disagreement occurred between Wolff and residents at 406 3rd Avenue West after they had asked him to move his vehicle on multiple occasions. The complaint goes on to say that Wolff left the area to assist a friend, and when he returned, became volatile when he was asked to move the truck again.

At this point, Wolff began to yell and scream at the neighbors from the roadway before getting in his truck and leaving, spinning his tires in the process. When he returned, Wolff was driving at a high rate of speed and began yelling at his neighbors again after exiting the vehicle.

Along with disorderly conduct, Wolff was charged with reckless driving. He pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this week and has been ordered to pay a fine and court costs.
